Oxford Maker's Market
The Oxford Maker’s Market, founded in 2009, is Mississippi’s original local art and crafts market based in Oxford, Mississippi. It occurs every 1st & 3rd Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. on the courthouse lawn of the historic Oxford Square (or at The Powerhouse Community Art Center in the winter). Oxford Maker’s Market is committed to underexposed and unrepresented talent and handmade goods of any and all styles. We provide an outlet for vendors of a wide variety of mediums and a live performance area for performing artists at each event. Basically, if it is handmade or homegrown it is acceptable to sell at market. The market provides a Young Maker’s Area for budding entrepreneurs as well.
