This class is geared for the beginner or the seasoned weaver, and you will create a one of a kind tapestry on a decorative weaving board ready to hang on your wall. If you have never woven but have always wanted to learn this is the workshop for you. I will show you how to simply and quickly get set up and you will be weaving in no time. At the end of the class you will have a finished piece of art created by you to hang on your wall.
If you are a seasoned weaver, you will be able to take your weaving to another dimension with these fun fast decorative boards. Great way to use your scraps or that fabulous yarn that you have been hoarding. This workshop will allow you to create a small tapestry that you can hang as a finished piece of art. I will show you how to put your decorative board together so when you go home all you need do is hang it up and admire your work.
You will get to pick out a decorative board (Sizes vary but weaving part is about 5 x 7 toppers and bottom pieces add to the width and length), yarn, beads and bobbles and found objects from a large selection.
