Learn the ups and downs of continuous strand weaving on small looms. The small looms will allow you to complete several projects on each of the three loom shapes. Experience weaving on triangle, square, and rectangular looms without being overwhelmed by trying to do a 7-foot project the first time out. Once your pieces are complete, learn creative uses for your woven fabric; for example, flowers, leaves, coasters, and edging. You will be borrowing our little looms during class, but if you fall in love they will be available for purchase at the end of class.

Class Fee: $32

Materials to bring: Since there is no material fee, you will need to bring your own worsted weight yarn or purchase a special bag from our booth. You will need two contrasting colors for a total of 200 yards. This is an excellent stash buster project.

Skills required: none
