About:
Women’s Intuitive Dance is a biweekly dance floor created for women to safely express, be, move, and groove however they feel called to.
Rooted in creative expression, connection, music, fun, freedom, inspiration, and acceptance, these dance nights offer a space to let go, tune in, and simply move. Whether you need to shake something off, find your rhythm, or just boogie with a supportive community, this dance floor is for you.
Because the focus is on dancing and music, conversations and phones are asked to stay outside the dance floor and room. This is a chance to give yourself permission to be fully present—to let your body and spirit move in harmony, whatever that looks like for you.
Each dance night will feature a different genre or theme, so keep an eye out for upcoming announcements and posters around town!
Come as you are, move however you want, and shine brightly. We hope to see you on the dance floor!
