Oxford Juneteenth Vendor Booth Registration

Reserve your vendor booth for the 2025 Oxford Juneteenth Festival on June 15th. The event will take place from 4 to 8 pm.
Oxford Juneteenth will offer businesses and entrepreneurs the opportunity to sell their product, service or refreshment. Vendors are required to provide a complete list of all items to be sold and/or services/activities to be conducted at their booth. Vendors will not be permitted to sell items, provide services or conduct activities that are not pre-approved. Booth fees are nonrefundable.
Set up times TBD and will be emailed to vendors closer to June.
Booth spaces are 10'x10' and electricity is first come, first served. Electricity is limited.
Booth Pricing
$100 - Vendor Booth
$500 - Juneteenth Sponsor - Sponsorship includes a booth at the Juneteenth Festival, recognition during the Festival and on social media.
Booth sales end at 10 am on June 12th!
